HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Average shipping time on US/CAD/AU orders is 1-2 weeks, sometimes up to 3 weeks. Orders to Europe & Worldwide take 1-5 weeks on average. Please know that we ship worldwide and can't have a faster delivery than this. But we make sure that our jewelry is worth the wait.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website within 30 days, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email info@carvedmad.com include "RETURN" in the subject line.
